Steve has single-handedly opened the hearts and minds of millions of children
and adults to truths about snakes (and many other animals). His courage, passion, and endless energy in bringing wildlife into our homes has opened doors for
wildlife educators like myself to entertain and educate thousands about
snakes. Though I did not approve of some of his techniques with snakes,
his message was clear about wildlife conservation.

This "Crikey" wildlife enthusiast will be missed, but remembered as a leader
for those critters who are unable to protect or speak for themselves.

I extend my deepest condolences to Terri and the children, whose lives are changed forever.

Steve Irwin's family wishes to have any donations sent to Wildlife Warriors Worldwide, their wildlife conservation organization.
